Experimental study on the approaches to scaling in proton and K+-meson fragmentation reqions and in central region in the K+p→π-+X reaction at 32 GeV/c

Description
New experimental data on K+p→π-+X inclusive reaction at a primary momentum of 32 GeV/c are presented. The comparison with lower energy experiments shows early scaling in the fragmentation region of the psup(K+)→π- proton and the primary K+-meson Ksup(+p)→π-. In the central region the approach to scaling and the shape of inclusive spectra are described fairly well by the dependences following from the Mueller-Redge phenomenology
