Description
A system based on missense suppressor mutations affecting an Escherichia coli glycine tRNA was used for measuring the relative frequencies of a single base substitution, a tandem double base substitution and a non-tandem double base substitution all occurring in the same triplet and in the same mutagenic treatment.
