Elemental analysis of alloys by XRF
Description
XRF was used for routine analysis of different kinds of alloys such as archeological findings (Ag, As, Au, Cu, Fe, Pb, Sb, Sn, Zn), materials used in dentistry (Ag, Au, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, Pb, Zn), and Al alloyed with Ga used in industry (Cu, Fe, Ga, Mn, Ni, Zn). The results of these analyses are described and tabulated. (author)
