Nuclear power plants: Yes, but where
Creators
Description
With reference to the Rasmussen report, the accident risks of nuclear power plants are analyzed, and the criteria for the choice of site of nuclear power plants are put forth. The author is of the opinion that all justified safety and environmental protection requirements of the conventional as well as of nuclear power plants can be technically fulfilled. The choice of site is thus mainly a question of economics for the operator. (RW/LH)
Abstract (German)
(RW)Additional details
