Analysis of oxygen diffusion coefficient concentration dependence in high-temperature superconductor La2-xSrxCuO4-c

Description
A consideration is given to several mechanisms which make it possible to describe experimentally observed dependences of coefficient and activation energy of labelled oxygen atom diffusion on strontium atom concentration in La2-xSrxCuO4-c HTSC system. It is shown that a good agreement between theoretical and experimental results may be attained by application of multiwell potential model for oxygen atoms with regard to its variations in deformation fields due to impurity centers
