The results of studying the effect of antimony addition on a tin oxide film are presented. It is shown that the SnO2:Sb film doped with 1% antimony has the best combination of functional properties for a transparent conductive n-type optical window

Приведены результаты исследования влияния примеси сурьмы на пленку оксида олова. Показано, что лучшим сочетанием функциональных свойств для прозрачного проводящего оптического окна n-типа проводимости обладает пленка SnO2:Sb, легированная 1% сурьмы
