Labeling probe by PCR and test of labeling efficiency

Description
Human SRY probe was prepared by PCR incorporation of Biotinylated dUTP. The efficiency of labeling probe was tested by running mini-gel and Enzyme-linked color reaction. It is suggested that the efficiency may be quickly tested by the electrophoretic migration of products of PCR labeling reaction and positive control PCR
