Polymerization of acrylamide in concentrated aqueous systems
Description
Peculiarities of the acrylamide polymerization kinetics in concentrated aqueous systems (NaOH) under the action of ionizing radiations (γ-rays, β-rays, accelerated electrons), are considered. Properties of forming polyacrylamide (characteristic viscosity, flocculation activity) depend on the component relation in a solution, dose rate and polymerization temperature (approximately 20 ged). Advantages of the polyacryl amide obtained using the radiation technology are revealed
