It is proceedings in the conference. It's content is application of radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals in the nuclear medicine. It contains a diagnosis and a radiotherapy on the neoplasms by radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals. It also includes the diagnostic techniques on the neoplasms by SPECT, PET and CT with technetium 99, fluorine 18, iodine 131 and etc
