Transverse-momentum distribution of particles according to the hydrodynamical model
Description
A fit to the transverse-momentum distribution is performed in the context of the hydrodynamical model. By fixing a (total-energy-independent) dissociation temperature T and a transverse-fluid-rapidity distribution, whose width increases logarithmically with s, the existing data can be reproduced in all the p interval (where ω(dσ/dp) varies by a factor of 10-10) including their energy dependence. The final inclusive cross-section appears to be approximately factorized in the longitudinal and the transverse rapidities, as verified experimentally
