Gas mixture circulation system in lasers using a high-frequency barrier discharge

Description
Electrohydrodynamic flow in gas for a high-frequency barrier discharge distributed over the surface of a dielectric was investigated. An electric-discharge laser circulation system with a gas flow rate higher than 15 L s-1 was proposed.
