Radiative recombination of hydrogenic ions in high-temperature plasmas
Creators
Description
The rate of recombination and the rate of the mean kinetic energy loss of recombining electrons are calculated numerically, with a precision of better than 1 percent, using the expressions of Karzas and Latter, and compared with the values reported by Seaton. The results show that Seaton's estimate of the uncertainty of his results is pessimistw.
