Determination of boron and tantalum in tantalum boride coatings and melts of eutectic mixture of Li, Na, K fluoride

Description
A method of atomic-emission spectroscopy with induction-bound plasma is applied to boron and tantalum determination in melts of eutectic mixture of Li, Na and K fluorides containing K3TaOF6 and Na3B3O3F6 as well as in coatings obtained on the base of aforementioned substances. The method thus proposed reduce the duration of analysis three times and exhibit metrological characteristics close to traditional chemical methods of determination

Описаны методики определения бора и тантала методом атомно-эмиссионной спектрометрии с индуктивно-связанной плазмой в расплавах эвтектической смеси фторидов Li, Na, K, содержащих K3TaOF6 и Na3B3O3F6, а также синтезированных на их основе покрытиях боридов тантала. Предлагаемые методики сокращают продолжительность анализа примерно в три раза и имеют метрологические характеристики, не уступающие традиционным химическим методамAdditional details
