Luminescence from color centers in YAG

Description
Fundamental parameters for luminescence from color centers in YAG are reported. Color center concentrations up to 1 x 1017 cm-3 were obtained, the fluorescence quantum efficiency was close to unity, and the lifetime was 3.1 +- 0.5 ns
