Description
An inportant technology of synchrotron radiation beam lines is how to solve thermal distortion of the 1st crystal of monochrotron. In this paper, we propose a new structure to reduce the thermal distortion. Simulation analyses were made using finite element method to analyze two types of water cooling structures. It was concluded that the cooling structure could decrease greatly the thermal distortion. (authors)
