The isomeric cross section ratio of 45 Sc(n, 2n) 44g+mSc

Description
The work is devoted to the measurement of isomeric cross section ratio in 45Sc (n,2n) 44g+mSc induced by 14.6 MeV neutron with the activation method. Considering the statistical model with preequilitrium mechanism, the isomeric cross section ratio of the nuclei have been computed with EPRIR programm,compiled by authors. By comparison of the experimental results with the theory, the spin cut-off parameter and the contribution of preequilibrium mechanism have been determined
