Diffusion of oxygen ions in vanadium oxide bronzes of β-type
Description
Using pulse galvanostatic method in the temeprature range of 673-973 K determined are diffusion coefficients of oxygen ions along the crystallographic axis b of the monocrystals of vanadium oxide bronzes of β-type with the composition Lisub(1.6)Vsub(12)Osub(29.7), Nasub(1.9)Vsub(12)Osub(29.7), Ksub(1.2)Vsub(12)Osub(29.7) and vanadium (5) oxide. Sharp increase of diffusion coefficients of oxygen atoms at the temperatures corresponding to the oxidizing melting of the bronzes in the air atmosphere is detected
