The equilibrium charge of planar channeled 50 to 100 keV protons
Description
Calculated full RBS angle distributions are in good agreement with experimental results when equilibrium charges of 0.65 x Z1 (50 keV) and 0.90 x Z1 (100 keV) H+ ions are used in the calculations. (author)
