CAMAC multi-stop time-to-code converter
Description
A CAMAC multi-stop time-to-code converter, where counting-pulsed conversion is used, is described. It provides for determination of time positions of 1 to 15 stop pulses with respect to start pulses with the 5ns resolution and 40ns dead time. The maximum clock series frequency is 200 MHz. The differential nonlinearity of the converter at the maximum clock frequency is ±0.5%. The time interval output code length is 14 bits. The device is made as a CAMAC module of a unit width
