Trace element contents in remote organs of tumor-bearing rats at different strains of transplanted sarcomas

The microelement compositions of tumor liver, muscular and bone tissues of rates are investigated. It is shown that the growth of the M-1 sarcoma, Worker-256 carcinosarcoma, Pliss lymphosarcoma and S-45 sarcoma is accompanied by considerable changes in the microelement exchange in the whole organism of tumor-bearing animals. The selenium and zinc contents in the bone tissue in all the tumors investigated decrease in all the cases, except the M-1 sarcoma
