The U.S. NRC Division of Human Factors Safety perspective on operator training and qualifications

The author comments the point of view of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the NRC) and the efforts made by this commission and with the support of other organisms and institutions to develop guidelines, procedures and facilities dealing with nuclear power plant operator training and qualification.
