Energy state characteristic of raw materials for building nano-composites
- 1. Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Arkhangelsk (Russian Federation)
Description
Samples of sand and basalt in nanodispersed state were experimentally obtained. The optimum regime of samples disintegration was defined. Using Zisman method, values of the critical surface tension of liquid on the border of the investigated materials and the complex Hamaker constant were calculated. The applicability of the thermodynamic approach to the assessment of the surface energy state of disperse systems was confirmed. The atomization energy and energy density of the dispersed samples were calculated. Key words: Zisman method, critical surface tension, complex Hamaker constant, free surface energy, energy density, atomization energy
