Means of high-energy radiation diagnosis of industrial products
Description
The radiation microtron flaw detector RMD-10T for the nondestructive control of welded joints and the main metal up to 400 mm thick is developed and introduced. Its compactness and mobility convenience and reliability are its main positive features. The original design of a high-frequency tract is located on the microtron electromagnetic bond. Its sensitivity is not worse than 1%. The productivity is 10-20 times higher than in analogous devices. The electroradiographic isotopic flaw detector EhRIO-01 for the control of a complex-shape steel sheet with a 60Co radiation source and up to 2.5% sensitivity has been successfully tested
