Concomitant radio chemotherapy with carbon-platinum: locally advanced tumors, postoperative treatment of head and neck carcinomas

We developed in some indications the association chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This exclusive treatment is reserved to patients for which a more conventional treatment seems too heavy when patients are too old or when their condition is too deteriorated. The results and the good tolerance are encouraging and justify to continue in this way
