Description
For the evaluation of right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF) using krypton-81m perfusion, the following findings were emphasized: the effect of lung background subtraction; the bad reproducibility of RVEF determination by two different observers; the good reproducibility of RVEF determination by the same observer; the good reproducibility of RVEF determination in the same patient

Pour la mesure de la fraction d'ejection du ventricule droit (FEVD) a l'aide dune perfusion de krypton 81m, l'etude a montre: l'interet de soustraire le bruit de fond pulmonaire (BFP); une mauvaise reproductibilite des mesures de la FEVD par deux observateurs differents; une bonne reproductibilite des mesures de la FEVD par un meme observateur; une bonne reproductibilite des mesures de la FEVD chez un meme patientAdditional details
