Description
The structure and kinetic properties of rapidly cooled foils of the alloys in bismuth-tellurium system and their change during annealing were considered. It is shown that the foils have a polycrystal structure and are characterized by a clear texture [1012]. Alloys containing 0.2-10 at. % Te are oversaturated solid solutions, decomposing when heated above 320 K. Transfer processes in the oversaturated solid solutions are determined by two types of electrons
