Manufacture of pressure vessel rings for primary circuits of light water reactor power plants
Description
Pressure vessel rings for primary coolant circuits may be manufactured by roll bending, rolling, casting, and forging. Hammer forging is mostly used for the biggest size and weight rings while roll bending is used for rings of small and medium sizes. (H.S.)
