Slight changes in the lattice parameter c of barium-yttrium cuprate at low-temperature chemical extraction of oxygen by hydrogen
Description
Effect of chemical extraction of oxygen from YBa2Cu3Oy on the parameter of minor interlayer distances c and superconducting sample properties are investigated. It is detected that oxygen extraction from YBa2Cu3Oy at 443-473 K under effect of H2 weakly changes c lattice parameter and preserves the superconductivity. A sharp increase of c parameter under annealing (790 K) with the preservation of y value (y is oxygen content) leads to a superconductivity loss
