In this paper deuterium pellet injection is used for the investigation of transport of Heliotron E plasmas through dynamic process. With an ECH heated plasma as a target plasma, several conditions like auxiliary toroidal field control, magnetic axis shift, and externally added magnetic field perturbation are studied
