Catalytical and structural peculiarities of YBa2Cu3O7-δ system with ruthenium

Description
The possibility of ruthenium compounds application as a catalyst in the synthesis of supercondicting compounds of the YBa2Cu3O7-δ(1) composition is studied. It is shown that synthesis of (1) carried out in the oxidizing medium is catalyzed with ruthenium: the synthesis temperature decreases and time for reaction is reduced 2-3 times.
