Description
In this paper, within the model of QCD vacuum as an instanton liquid the parametrization of the sea quark structure functions in the proton is obtained. A new mechanism of heavy quark production is suggested. It is shown that the J/Ψ suppression as well as φ enhancement observed experimentally in AA-collisions can be explained within the non-perturbative mechanism
