Performance of coaxial high purity germanium detector GMX series for X ray fluorescence analysis
Description
A comment on the performance of coaxial HPGe detector GMX series in X ray fluorescence analysis has been made. The intensity of the escape peak that results from the escape of X ray Ge KX photon is calculated and the method to distinguish the escape peak is explained. The related experiment data is also given
