Study of fusion zone at induction-vacuum building-up and soldering
Creators
Description
To study the fusion zone the microsections made of the 12Kh1MF steel and soldered using induction-vacuum, electric-arc, vacuum-arc and plasma ways, have been investigated. The analysis of the results obtained has shown that during induction-vacuum soldering the transition from the basic metal to the soldered one is clearly manifested. Near the fusion zone on the side of solder metal an interlayer of increased microhardness, which can not be easily etched, is observed
