Possibility of evaluation of optical constants for metals according to their emissivity

  • 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Vysokikh Temperatur

Description

The method for evaluation of optical constants by spectral emissivity is described. In the region of starting point of intensive interzone electron transitions the evaluation optical constant values are close to their actual values. It is shown that the same proximity region can be located around the electron plasma oscillations frequency. The fields of practical use of the described method are determined
