Strain waves and microsphere processes in amorphous alloys

Description

Plastic strain of Fe86B14 and Fe40Ni40B20 amorphous alloys during tension up to 1.2% is studied. Strain wave character is confirmed. Strain wave parameters for the given materials are determined. Processes of shearing in amorphous metallic alloys are considered. Suggested by Argon and Shi model of elementary processes development in plastic deformation, metallic glasses is ascertained
