Improvement of RA reactor fuel economy

Description
There are 9 vertical experimental channels in the RA reactor core. Experience from previous experiments and irradiation showed that there is no need for 4 channels of 100 mm in diameter. One of these channels is planned to be used for constructing an experimental loop, and the remaining 3 could be replaced by channels of smaller 50 mm diameter. Central experimental channel could be shortened by 440 mm. This would not decrease the effective experimental space capacity for the present irradiation needs. Benefit of this change would be significant because it would increase the built-in reactivity and improve the fuel economy and enable irradiation of a higher number of stronger absorber samples
