Finite-spectrum relativistic wave equation models of the quark and lepton masses
Description
Relativistic wave equations (which only have a finite number of discrete levels) are used to construct a model of quark structure. The apparent 3sup(N) progression of heavy quark masses is naturally realized. The possibility of a lepton model with a (17.27)sup(N) progression in heavy lepton masses is noted and related to ln(sub(c)m)|sub(s)m)ln(sub(tau)m|sub(μ)m)=π where msub(c), msub(s), msub(tau) and msub(μ) are the charmed quark, strange quark, tau and μ masses respectively
