Description
These proceedings contain the invited talks and reports on parallel sessions presented at the named conference. They deal with the design of the European Hadron Facility, hadron spectroscopy, hyperon-nucleon interactions, hypernuclei, perturbative and nonperturbative QCD, quarks in nuclear structure, rare muon and pion decays, weak interactions, kaon physics, muon reactions, the problem of confinement, meson-nucleus interactions, antiproton physics, and precision experiments on nuetrino oscillations.
