Programmer for automatic gamma spectrometry

  • 1. Commissariat a l'Energie Atomique, Cadarache (France). Centre d'Etudes Nucleaires

Description

With this apparatus, which is constructed of logical integrated circuits, it is possible both to synchronize an automatic gamma spectrometry assembly and to record the spectra on punched cards. An IBM terminal will make it possible with the help of analysis by the least squares method and by a direct dialogue with an IBM 360 computer to obtain analytical results almost instantaneously. Abstract (French)
