Small-sized ionization chambers used in nuclear reactors
Creators
Description
Studies on small-sized ionization chambers of 1.4-8.5 pm diameter used in nuclear reactors are reviewed. The fission chambers designed to operate under pulse, fluctuation and current conditions are described. Basic ionization chamber parameters are presented. It is pointed out that small-sized chambers are being developed to improve the pulse and fluctuation operating conditions in the simplest as a rule, one-electrode version
