Low-frequency dispersion and dielectric hysteresis loops in KTaO3:Li crystal

Description
Complex permittivity epsilon- epsilon'+i epsilon'' at 0.01-1000 Hz frequencies in Ksub(1-x)Lisub(x)TaOsub(3) crystals at x=0.1 and 0.15 has been measured. Low-frequency dispersion area connected with domain processes has been discovered in low-temperature phase. Temperature dependence of spontaneous polarization has been constructed on the basis of saturated fields of dielectric hysteresis
