Description
In the irradiated dog at different doses 250-400R., a level plasma AMPc rise has been shown since the fourth hour with a maximum at 24 hours, returning to normal values about the thirtieth day. In irradiated at 250-300R and secondarily enterectomised animals, nucleotide level rises 24 hours later, however this phenomenon is less intensive and later for animals irradiated at 350 and 400R

Chez le chien irradie a differentes doses 250-400R, on a mis en evidence une elevation du taux d'AMPc des la 4e heure, le maximum etant atteint a la 24e heure, le retour aux valeurs normales se produisant vers le 30e jour. Chez des animaux irradies a 250-300R et secondairement enterectomises, le taux des nucleotides augmente dans les 24 heures.
