Mixed-ligand di-2-ethylhexylphosphates of rare earths. Synthesis and properties of di-2-ethylhexylphosphatodinitrates of lanthanum and europium

Mixed-ligand di-2-ethylhexylphosphatodinitrate complexes of rare earths - La(Eu)A(NO3)2·nH2O (n=1,2) were synthesized for the first time. They were investigated by the methods of X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy and luminescence spectra (in the case of Eu). Conclusion about the polymer nature of the complexes was made. It is shown that in contrast to polymers (LnA3)n, mixed-ligand complexes add molecules of neutral donors (TBP, HMPTA), being transformed to monomeric form
