Investigations in the field of application of radiochemical methods in enzymology are reviewed: the study of the structure (aminoacid sequence) of the active centre of enzymes, mechanism of enzyme reactions procedure, determination of catalytic activity of enzymes. Highly sensitive radioenzyme and radioimmune methods used in quantitative chemical analysis as well as enzyme application to carry out fine organic synthesis of labelled radioactive compounds are described
