Documents to be kept secret

In nuclear power plant lawsuits, the desire of the plaintiff to see the documents presented or to be presented in court by the defendant and to take them home or copy them often plays a special role. This desire is often the cause of 'interim lawsuits', due to the opinion of the licensing authority and the power plant operator that some documents, drawings, etc. should be kept secret in the interest of object protection or to the opinion of the producer that they are trade or company secrets. In one such case, the higher administrative court at Lueneburg as court of appeal has come to a fundamental decision on September 9, 1977 - VII OVG B 84/76. (orig.) 891 HP
