Description
By means of differential staining of sister chromatids, a study was made of the frequency of the second mitoses of human lymphocytes at different times of fixation for three donors; it was shown to vary. γ-Irradiation of lymphocytes (2 Gy) 0.23, 40 and 47 h from the start of cultivation caused a delay in the passage of cells through the cycle the duration of which depended on the exposed stage
