Thermodynamic properties of solid solutions (HgSe)1-x(CdSe)x in 4.5-350 K region

Description
True values of heat capacity of (CdSe)x(HgSe)1-x solid solutions, where x=0;0.1;0.2;0.4, were measured in adiabatic calorimeter in 4.5-350 K range. Temperature dependences of Debye characteristic temperature of examined composition are presented. Absolute values of Gibbs free energy, enthalpy and entropy were determined according to the data on temperature dependence of specific heat. It is noted, that Cp(t) curve differs sufficiently from Debye law in studied temperature range, excluding comparatively narrow range
