Vacuum structure of the N = 2 super Yang-Mills theory
Description
The properties of the N = 2 extension of pure Yang-Mills theory and the main results derived in a recent beautiful paper written by Seiberg and Witten are discussed. One of their results is the construction of the exact expression for the running coupling constant containing both the perturbative and the non-perturbative contribution. (author)
