Phonon echo in the irradiated crystal quartz
- 1. Kazanskij Khimiko-Tekhnologicheskij Inst., Kazan (Russian Federation)
Description
A theory is presented and experiment on the phonon echo in neutron-irradiated crystal quartz is proposed. A tunnel model and the function of the excited system glass parameter distribution are used. Intensities of normal and additional echo signals, their shape, duration and orientational dependence are found. Echo signal delay effect is detected. 9 refs.; 1 fig
