Description
The electrical conductivities of MgO-doped ThO2 sintered at 1600 oC and Nb2O5-doped ThO2 sintered at 1200oC were measured and are represented in this letter. The electrical conductivity is obtained as a function of temperature and its relationship to point defects, diffusion and sinterability is examined. (4 figures, 1 table, 14 references) (Author)
